Survival Ch. 44
And here we have chapter 44 of Survival, in which poor Robert meets his grizzly end.
I actually quite like Robert's portrayal in the series as it's sort of ambiguous whether he's actually an absolute cunt who would kill his commanding officer and abandon a blind young boy, or just a somewhat unfortunate soldier who ends up in a bad spot one too many times. Whatever the case I think it's hard to say he deserved the death which he gets (especially given the guy from Tokyo only fell into a chasm).
In unrelated news I picked up the first volume of Getter the other day. The release itself is fairly irritating in that they greyscaled the colour pages but did so fairly poorly, so the contrast is absolutely ruined. They did include a couple of images of the Getter-1 though which was nice. I'll get around to having it scanned at some vague point in the future.

Getter Robo Devolution: Uchuu Saigo no 3-punkan Ch. 7 & Yuzumori-san Ch. 6
So first up we have something I've not done in a long long time, chapter seven of Getter. When this chapter came out I'd originally intended to leave it a month, then release is alongside chapter eight as it's a whopping 10 pages, but I sorta got sidetracked a fair amount.
I'll try and catch up a bit quicker but we'll see how things go. I also need to get around to picking up the first volume myself, but it was sold out when I went to buy it from Amazon and I've since spent too much money on other things.
As an aside if you're confused by the chapter title, it's worth remembering that Ryoma's name contains the kanji for dragon.
And then we have chapter six of our bi-weekly degeneracy.

So amidst all of the Survival last week I actually missed out on Chainsaw. A slight mishap on my behalf but I'll probably get a double release of it again at some point to make up for it.
One chapter left for the volume though, then we're onto volume five!
