And so we come to the completion of another series, well, sort of. As both the chapter title and the final page mention this is, in theory, just the end of the prologue, to be continued at a later date in the America arc.
Quite where, when, or even what this'll amount to however is anyone's guess. Since finishing a few months back in Champion Red there hasn't (at least as far as I'm aware) been any mention of the series coming back, and given the commercial matters which are mentioned in the afterword there's a chance the series is on more than just an extended break. As ever though we can but wait and see.
Dubious future aside Redman was a fun, if not rather eclectic read. Takatou's rather outspoken afterword was also amusing, especially as most Japanese authors tend not to be quite so direct with their commentaries (rather unsurprisingly the volume's gotten a ton of negative reviews on places like Amazon).
