Kendo Shitouden Cestvs Ch. 6
Progress has been slow but we're now halfway through the volume!
In unrelated news this month's update of Somali turned out to be a whole seven pages long (the fifth tank is out soon so presumably that's where most of the focus went). The next update's also not due until August so I might actually be able to catch up again.
In other unrelated news preorders for the second volume of Iron Ghost also went up recently and there's a couple of mentions of completion on it which might be some cause for concern, or it might be nothing. Either way we'll find out with the next chapter.

Iron Ghost no Shoujo Ch. 12 & Kaiten-One Ch. 6
So here's this month's Iron Ghost.
In the past I might've used female pronouns for Black Milk, but this chapter seemingly has them as male, so I've probably a few past things I'll need to go and fix at up at some point.

And here's the return of Kaiten. Raws are up to 26 at the moment so it'll be a while before we catch up, but assuming it's not canned before chapter 40~ it should be doable.
Coming up soon will be the long awaited return of Somali.

Redman Princess: Akuryou Koujo Ch. 9 [End]
And so we come to the completion of another series, well, sort of. As both the chapter title and the final page mention this is, in theory, just the end of the prologue, to be continued at a later date in the America arc.
Quite where, when, or even what this'll amount to however is anyone's guess. Since finishing a few months back in Champion Red there hasn't (at least as far as I'm aware) been any mention of the series coming back, and given the commercial matters which are mentioned in the afterword there's a chance the series is on more than just an extended break. As ever though we can but wait and see.
Dubious future aside Redman was a fun, if not rather eclectic read. Takatou's rather outspoken afterword was also amusing, especially as most Japanese authors tend not to be quite so direct with their commentaries (rather unsurprisingly the volume's gotten a ton of negative reviews on places like Amazon).

Kendo Shitouden Cestvs Ch. 2
So in something of a weird coincidence the day after I released the end of part one/start of part two it was announced that the magazine which Cestvs runs in is to end. The good news is that Cestvs was confirmed to be continuing on in another magazine, the bad news is that, unlike most of the other series which'll be moving, no further details were given for it (from what I read of the original article ANN are wrong in saying it'll be moving back to Young Animal).
As mentioned in the ANN article Hakunsensha plan to launch a new magazine focused on fighting series later in the year called Young Animal Resistance, and this is likely where Cestvs will end up (in fact the twitter image they had for it included Cestvs in it), though from what I've seen nothing definite has been announced.
At any rate here's chapter two.
