QC was slow on this but I think this is the biggest "chunk" I've done thus far. Already got a few things piling up that I'll need to fix for some sort of batch/volume release too...

The Moon Ch. 1.2
Had more TLed but only got about half of it QCed, oh well.
For anyone who happens to stop by looking for Cestvs there was no new chapter in the most recent issue of Young Animal Zero. It was however mentioned on the website, so I assume it was a last minute change. Unfortunately this does mean nothing now for another two months, so see you in July.

The Moon Ch. 1.1
Something new today. This is the first part of chapter one of The Moon, an old mecha series from the 70s by George Akiyama. If you're familiar with mecha series from the time the basic setup shouldn't be too surprising (a ragtag bunch of kids end up with a big robot), but it has enough quirks to it that I think it's still worth a read if you've something of an interest in the genre.
For the project I'll be working from digital raws which are fairly low quality. In a perfect world it would be nice, high quality volume scans, but the most recent reprints are all fairly pricey and I've no one to scan them anyway. The series also doesn't have proper chapter breaks so I'll just be releasing things in arbitrary chunks, rather than killing myself doing 300 or so pages at a time.

Char to Amuro to Oi to: Yasuragi no Chihei e Ch. 1
MangaDex is still down but I've been oddly productive (for once).
Indeed here we've the first chapter of something new: a very short gag Gundam series which finished last year. It's ultra light but as a Gundam fan I've found it amusing enough, and it makes for something of a break between 60+ page chapters of other series.

Kendo Shitouden Cestvs Ch. 101
Would you look at that. For the first time in forever we're actually up to date on Cestvs, and we've still a whole month to go until 102. It must be a miracle. Somewhat coincidentally volume 10 was also released today (which does contain up to this chapter), though I've not yet bought it to see if Kamose's hometown has been corrected though no corrections were made to Kamose's hometown so I guess he's just from Thebes now.
With 102 not out until May it means that this'll be the final chapter before the anime starts. Fingers crossed of course, but I imagine I might well be writing some rather scathing comments with next chapter's release.
Having caught back up it does also mean that I should, at least in theory, be able to get some other series out. We'll have to see though.
